a problem with using a keyboard while sharing a document and having many participants

This problem is really annoying. Every time Zoom tries to change to the current feature, the problem occurs.

I use Zoom on iPad. I need to type and draw. The problem has effected my work a lot. 

I've have complaints this on Zoom community many times, but it seems like the technician team wont' do anything.
