Zooms uses wrong account for meetings

When I enter a meeting Zoom automatically uses my Google account (with private email and picture, which I do not want to use) instead of using the one I have logged in with (my work email and picture, which I would like to use).
Any solution to this, please?

I had a similar problem, and I think I have a solution.  Before offering the solution, I'll describe my situation.

First, I have my own professional Zoom account.  Also, I'm part of a small organization that has its own professional Zoom account.  Two weeks ago, I logged into the organization's account to host a meeting.  After the meeting ended, I clicked to end the meeting for everyone and to exit.  Several days later, when I would click a Zoom "Join" button for events I'd scheduled with my own professional Zoom account, my laptop signed me in with the organization's login.  To get around that, I had to exit that meeting, log into my private Zoom account, go to my list of meetings and join from there.  Even after doing that, when I tried joining the organization's meeting the next week by clicking a "Join" button for all members, Zoom wanted to log me in using the organization's account information, which I did not want to do.

Here's what worked for me to resolve this:

  1. Press the Windows key on the keyboard.
  2. Search for "Zoom Workplace" and select it.  (When I did this, I could see that the browser appeared to have remembered my login from the organization, as it showed the organization's logo rather than an image I use for my personal Zoom account.)
  3. In the upper right portion of the page, click the button that enables you to see your account.  This should cause a dropdown menu of options to appear.  (Sorry I can't include an illustration.)
  4. From the choices in the dropdown menu, click the "Sign out" option.

  5. Close the window showing Workplace Zoom.

  6. Repeat steps 1 and 2 above, then try to log into Zoom workplace with the account log in you want to use.

I hope this helps others!
