Zoom volume issue

Hi. 

Whenever join zoom meeting, without headset, I got volume issue 

Maximum volume is too small, I can't hear properly. But when I turn on that speaker button on zoom, even the lowest volume is too loud.

If you are using a Windows computer, you can check your Volume Mixer and see if Zoom's volume is set properly.

And may I know what you mean by the speaker button on Zoom?

Sorry for late reply. I have hard time to access this forum. Login button is hard to find and I end up creating new ID with continously pop up appear
