Zoom to FB Live

Hi.  I want to be able to use zoom and go to FB LIVE.  I have the free version of zoom.

Zoom's directions to do this say this...Go to your Zoom profile and click Settings. Then, click In Meeting (Advanced) and find the option that reads Allow live streaming meetings. Turn it on and make sure all the boxes are checked. Now you can host a meeting in your Zoom app as you would normally do.

When I go to Meeting (advanced)  the option for ALLOW LIVE STREAMING MEETINGS  is not there, or anywhere.  Has this changed since Dec 15th of this year?  Do I have to have a paid version?  If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it!

A paid account is required to stream from Zoom to a Custom Destination.

• Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account
• The host is Licensed
• Zoom desktop client:
  • Windows: version 4.0.29183.0407 or higher 
  • macOS: version 4.0.29208.0410 or higher 

Streaming for webinars

• Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account
• The host is assigned a Webinar license
• Zoom desktop client:
  • Windows: version 4.0.29183.0407 or higher 
  • macOS: version 4.0.29208.0410 or higher

I have a paid account and when we got on the scheduled zoom it took us to FB live but the audio was really delayed. What can I do to fix this issue? Thank you!
