Zoom sharing service

How do you disable Zoom sharing service.  I need to take a test and this application that I can not find to disable is preventing me from taking the test.

Hi @Stokes1978 ,

Thank you for asking the Zoom Community. On a Windows machine, you may try the steps below:

1. Right click on Start > Run

2. Type services.msc > click OK.

3. Down at the bottom of the list of services, you will see Zoom Sharing Service.

4. Open the Zoom Sharing Service.

5. Change the Startup type to either Manual or Disable

6. Click on Apply > Ok.

Note: If the you cannot make any changes, you may need an admin privilege account on your machine. You may restore back the changes after taking your test.
