We do hybrid meetings from our church but our internet is wonky. Last week the host's computer was thrown out of the meeting and Zoom randomly reassigned Zoom to someone else, who was not at her computer and isn't Zoom-savvy anyway. So when the original host got back into the meeting, he couldn't mute the new "host" when she took a phone call. Can we set Zoom to *not* reassign the host and to just let the meeting be hostless?

nope. that is not possible. the only way is to set someoone as co-host, so when the main host leaves, the co-host will be set to host.
