Currently we have a user who has Zoom from his google workspace account trying to create meetings in his outlook calendar.
Calendar entries work fine on outlook web but when an entry is created in outlook for IOS it would prompt to sign into zoom every time a meeting is added to the calendar.
The user is using an Iphone 16 with the latest IOS version, both Zoom mobile and Outlook have been reinstalled, calendar synchronization works between outlook mobile, online, and zoom.
Is there a way to resolve this?

Hi @diero-NH, thank you for posting to the Zoom Community!
Since you’ve already reinstalled both Zoom and Outlook, the next step I’d suggest is re-authenticating the Zoom add-in directly inside Outlook mobile:
1. In the Outlook iOS app, go to Settings -> Add-ins.
2. Remove the Zoom add-in.
3. Re-add the Zoom add-in and sign in again with the correct account (Google Workspace in this case).
This refreshes the authentication token that Outlook mobile uses and often resolves repeated sign-in prompts.
If the issue continues, try signing in through Google SSO when re-adding the Zoom add-in, or reset your Outlook account in iOS settings to clear cached credentials. Keeping both apps fully updated can also help.
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue continues so we can explore further options.

Hi Carla,
We have attempted removing the add in and reinstalling it, it did prompt us to sign in with google again. However, the issue remains that it prompts the user to sign in every time he create a new meeting via outlook for ios. I have also noticed on the Microsoft add in store there are 2 different Zoom for Outlook Add ins, one is titled "Zoom for Outlook Add In" and the other is just Zoom. Currently we have the one named "Zoom for outlook Add In" installed.

Having the same issue and have tried everything. There’s something wrong with the add-in. There’s multiple forums online about it. When will a fix be deployed? This only happened since the new iOS 26

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @jmejia! Please try reinstalling the latest version of the Zoom app and the Outlook add-in. Let us know if it helps or if you need further assistance.

The user I am working with has already gone through uninstalling and reinstalling outlook for ios , the zoom add in for outlook, and zoom for ios, the issue continues. Currently using the zoom app helps with creating the meetings but he prefers to have everything done in the outlook calendar to avoid needing to use multiple apps.

You can try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Outlook Zoom add in. Alternatively there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you schedule Zoom meetings and generate both Outlook and Google calendar invitations.
