I am trying to install Zoom plugin in MS Outlook. I have a couple of questions. 1/ how do I install the Zoom plugin on MS Outlook desktop app using Mac OS? 2/ I have successfully installed the app on MS Outlook browser but when I go to log into my Zoom acccount to activate the plug in, there is no option for Apple Sign In. What should I do? 3/ How do I change my log in preference from Apple Sign In to standard work email and p/w log in? I don't appear to be able to do this. thanks

Hi @Mkod11 For a better experience, Zoom recommends using the Zoom for Outlook add-in (web and desktop), particularly if your organization has computers running macOS. Microsoft will be blocking injection-based plugins from running in Outlook for macOS, and only allowing add-ins available through the Microsoft store. Per your discussion, looks like you're already using the add-in!
As to using email and password credentials login-method, you can go to https://zoom.us/signup, using the same email address associated with the Apple Sign In method, as this will create Zoom credentials and adding another login method on the account. From there, you can go back to the login of the outlook add-in, using your Zoom created creds. from https://zoom.us/signup
