  • Starting February 1, 2025, Zoom Phone customers must add their phone numbers to an approved 10DLC campaign in order to keep using SMS/MMS capabilities on their numbers.

Zoom seems to have crashed - no one can join. Just says waiting for host to allow in.

Hey, @Speech we have resolved the issue causing a subset of customers to experience errors while joining a live meeting. Everything seems to be operational! This might have resolved your problem, however here are some KB articles on Meetings and Webinars.  Check out our Zoom Service Status page and Subscribe to Updates to never miss another Zoom Operational Status.
