Zoom meeting recordings

Good day

Please is there any means I can get zoom recordings for previous meeting on zoom. Though the recording was set to be local but I don't know what happened the person that was made the host of the meeting said it was not recorded on the local drive. The admin of the account just start the meeting and made one of the participants the host of the meeting.

Hi @olawalesam thank you for posting for the first time and welcome to the Zoom Community!

 

In this case, I would check with the participants who could have had host privileges. if they pressed record, they should have the meeting on their device. To check where the recording would be located, have them follow these steps:

  • Open Zoom app 
  • Go to Settings by clicking your profile picture and selecting "Settings."
  • Navigate to the "Recording" tab on the left-hand side.
  • Look for 'Store my recordings at' and confirm where Zoom is set to save recordings.
