Good day, I have a problem with my PC model: Dell Vostro 15 3000 core i3 1115G

It kicks out while screen sharing both when it does host or me . And nothing helps, even uninstall/instul , new updates , but nothing helps, it is serious problem which does not allow me to use app, please help me to solve this problem
