Zoom keeps crashing randomly during meetings

Hi,

I've had zoom crashing issues for a few months now where it would crash sporadically. It's random when it happens e.g. 5-6 times in a single meeting, sometimes 1-2 times, or it doesn't happen for a while. It would suddenly crash and then return the user to the meeting moments later. 

We have a pro user accounts, tried updating laptop, zoom version, deleted the cache etc. but it seems to be something else. It doesn't happen to many users, just select users (globally) and location doesn't seem to matter e.g. WFH, office, different office.

Has anyone else experience this?
