Zoom keeps crash

Zoom doesn't work for months now.

when I open the app, a send log message appears again and again. I can't  do nothing.

I uninstalled and installed the program multiple times, and tried bunch of different version, no luck.

 

MSI laptop. with nvidia and intel gpu.

It's just frustrating

Hey @iii2, are you on a 32bit or 64bit system? 

 

If on a 64bit system, open up the Task Manager > More details > Details tab > Right-click or press and hold any column header and choose "Select columns." > Find and check the Platform box. Then, click OK. > Run Zoom and let me know the 'bit' of Zoom.

Hi RN, I'm using 64 bit.

I tried 32 bit, upgraded to Windows 11, install zoom updates from time to time, uninstall and install zoom - nothing worked.

It's almost a year that zoom doesn't work on my laptop
