Each month, I create a new meeting and each month, my invitees can not join via the link that I send to them via text or email. This is quite annoying and wastes a ton of time. This morning, it took over 1/2 hour to get all 8 of us on a call. Why am I paying for such a poor performing app?

Hi, @Neecy
Do you have the exact error message or a screenshot of it? We can narrow down the root cause from there, if not, there could be an issue with how the link was pasted or shared which could lead to the link being broken. Is it the same set of participants who usually experience this issue or a vast majority of your invitees?
Cheers!
