Zoom functions disabled

I joined a meeting which allowed anonymous access. Most functions (chat, talking, raising hand,...) were disabled. I then logged in and rejoined. The functions remained disabled. I was probably still anonymously in this meeting.

1.) How can I set, that I join not anonymously into meetings by default?

2.) If that was not the problem what could cause the disabling of the functions

Just to add for clarification: Others were able to perform the functions which were disabled for me.
