Hi, Im having real trouble trying to get a zoom background working. I have been to https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360043484511-System-requirements-for-Virtual-Background#h_... and am trying to understand mac requirements.
My mac details are as follows:

Processor 1.6 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5
Im having trouble trying to find out if it's a 6th gen processor or not?
Can anyone help out please?

hi chris16,
please see apple support article about display of system info.
Get system information about your Mac - Apple Support
once you have this apple info, the zoom support article you list should help.
zoom settings ->statistics pages (overall, audio and video) can help diagnose issues such as cpu activity level, memory usage, internet connection packet loss, jitter and latency, frames per second and resolution.
thanks, eliot
