We have 4 separate Enterprise Zoom Accounts that have been integrated with our LMS. Starting last week (8/17), we noticed that as the first, second or third hosts/co-hosts appear in the meeting, some appear with the integrated Zoom account name and not their own names. Has anyone else ever experienced this and found a way to resolve - stop it from happening?

Hi @sherryhall, Welcome to the Zoom Community! First, you'll want to make sure that you have allowed participants to rename themselves. From within a meeting, hosts can change their names by following these steps:
Let me know if that works by clicking Accept as Solution 🙂
Thanks!

Thanks @CarlaA . The issue is not the ability to rename, but that people enter the meeting with the LMS Zoom account name and not their own personal Zoom acct name. People should enter showing as themselves and not the behind the scenes LMS Zoom acct name showing.

Hello All, is it a best practice to use the admin account for the integration (Zoom with LMS) process or shall we use a service account instead?
