I have two Zoom accounts. One requires a Two Factor Authentication that goes to a phone number in our office that no longer is in service (the employee left). I can't get into that account without it. Help.

I have the same issue. For my other account I need the TFA-code which used to be generated in the Google Authenticator app installed on my old phone. I don't have access to my old phone anymore.
@MicahHoffman I reached out to Zoom Support and the chat bot replied that:
" Unfortunately, your account does not have access to live chat support."
Please help!
