I have a user that automatically starts recording when he opens a Zoom session.  All of his settings are turned off.  They are turned off on the back end on the user and group level.  Any suggestions on how to stop this?

Hi @joetropea ,

 

I will suggest doubling checking if it is the user's Personal Room meeting ID being used and double check the options to see if automatic recording is not checked.
