Zoom Microphone issues

My Zoom microphone has been acting up for the past two days. The day before yesterday, it didn’t work at all, then it suddenly started working yesterday, but today it's not working again. Even when I try joining the Zoom call by phone, the microphone still doesn’t work. I also tried changing to different microphone but still same problem exist.
