Hi @SoulShine777, are you running into any specific error code when attempting to join a Zoom Meeting? Can you describe a little more of what you're experiencing? 

 

Firstly, I would double-check that you're on the latest version of Zoom, if not checkout Upgrading Zoom to the latest version.
