Zoom Flickering Video

I have many users with Zoom video flickering issues over the past week. They have changed ports for their cameras and also tried new cameras. Nothing has worked. Would anyone know if there is a fix for this?

Flickering is usually caused by conflict between the frequency of the cameras you have and the lights. Try changing the frame rate on the cameras.

I cannot figure out how to do that on a Logitec webcam C615 but will see if I can google it.
