Zoom Does Not See Microphone and Camera

Zoom installed the latest version of the application today.  Now it does not see my camera and microphone.  Went to settings and camera image is just gray.  Text box under it is empty.

Tried testing microphone and camera.  Neither works.

How do I troubleshoot this?

Edit: Please ignore.  Used wrong machine.  Works fine on correct machine

Hi, I'm having a similar problem. All of a sudden Zoom doesn't recognise the inbuilt camera on my MacBook, but only recognises the camera on my iPhone. I've uninstalled Zoom, reinstalled it and restarted the laptop, but nothing has changed. I'd be grateful for any advice please. Thanks
