Zoom Client install/setup: Unable to setup standard users

Zoom desktop client for Windows 7 locks out config options for standard users (see attached sample).

No matter how we install the desktop client, be it via system wide MSI or local/userspace EXE, the options are mostly locked out.

We've tried:-

1) Installing & editing admin templates via gpedit.msc

2) Manually adding ADMX templates to %systemroot\PolicyDefinitions

Neither bears any fruit.

The following produces a workable profile for administrators but not standard users:-

Any thoughts please?

Hey @xndr, have you looked into the Mass deployment with preconfigured settings for Windows documentation, using the Intune deployment?
