Zoom + Calendly Issues

I am having trouble with Zoom and Calendly working. Schedulers receive a hold in their Outlook calendar but no Zoom link. Then when I manually send a Zoom link, it is not working for some reason. Seems like the Zoom links created by Calendly are buggy.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @clero.

I've used the Calendly-Zoom integration for a couple of years now, with no issue.

It is not designed to work by you sending a Zoom link manually..  Properly configured, Calendly sends the attendees a link and sets the meeting up in Zoom, optionally also in their designated primary calendar.  I like to set up the option for Calendly to send invitees a reminder email 24 hours and 1 hour in advance -- people seem to lose emails with links if they only receive them once way ahead of time.

I'd advise perhaps disconnecting any link between Zoom and Calendly and starting from scratch, referring to these two documents for details:

If you have any specific questions, let me know.

So I have my Zoom linked to Calendly - it creates a unique meeting link that comes into the Google Calendar for participants. When they try to access the Zoom link it's telling them they are 'not authorised' or that they 'require a commercial Zoom account'
