Zoom API - GET /users/{userId}/recordings issue

Hi,

I have been using the api: GET /users/{userId}/recordings  for quiet some time now and until recently I am not able to retrieve any records from the API. I started receiving the issue recently particularly from 1st August 2023. We have an on-premise license and already moved across to server to server auth. I have tested this api call on postman just to confirm if there were any token issues but still no positive result. The api call :

https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/:userId/recordings?page_size=30&mc=true&trash=true&from=2023-08-12&to=2023-08-13.

Any assistance is appreciated as recordings are important.

iam having the same issue whats up with this? no fix for this
