You cannot view this recording. No permission. Where do I enter passcode?

Hello, I was given a link to join a meeting along with a passcode.  When I go to the URL, I just see a black screen with a message "You cannot view this recording. No permission."  I do not see a place to enter a passcode.  I attached a screenshot of what I see.  I'm guessing the sharing permissions are wrong.  If not, where do I enter the passcode?  Thanks so much.

The easiest fix to the “You cannot view this recording. No permission” error in shared Zoom recordings is to share the meeting recording 'Publicly' in the sharing settings. To change sharing options for a Zoom recording, go to zoom.us/recording and sign-in with your Zoom account.
