Hello Team,
Would anyone have any suggestions to fix this? Ever since the new zoom patch, I've been having blue screen after blue screen whenever turning on video feature during meetings and even in settings options.
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers for my camera (Logitech C20) through the Device Manager and redownloaded the driver from the Logitech website but there still seems to be an issue with Zoom.
Need a fix for this asap, if possible would appreciate all help.

Hey @carrierodriguez, it's been some time since you've posted this discussion. Can you try updating again to the latest version of Zoom to see if this helps? And, I'm thinking when you say 'blue screen', It's different from what I have experienced a 'blue screen' on Windows 10. If you could screenshot as to what you're experiencing as well that way I can further look into this issue. Thanks!
