Hi @ckkhor0722, welcome to the Zoom Community! I apologize for the delay in response.

Please try the following to troubleshoot:

Uninstall the current Zoom version, Restart the device, then download & install the 64-bit Zoom desktop client.

Let me know if that helps!

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

I too have the same problem on a Dell Windows 11 laptop.  Once Zoom tries to communicate with the camera, it blue screens.  I have checked my camera driver and it is current.  I have unintalled and reinstalled Zoom twice.  Camera seems to work fine on other apps.

Nope, that doesn't work.  I tried twice, rebooted multiple times, always the same problem: the moment I click on the camera symbol, the system freezes, blue screen, crashes.  Please advise.

Ok, I managed to solve it.  Short version: the problem is the camera, not zoom.  In my case, I just had to plug it into a working USB port, and all was fine.  For more, see https://community.zoom.com/t5/Meetings/Windows-11-Blue-Screen-Crashes/m-p/156101
