What is the best sound setting on an Apple Ipad for music playing?

It appears that there aren't as many audio setting options on Zoom version on the Apple Ipad as there are on the Zoom on my Apple computer. I am teaching piano online on the computer - the best zoom setting for my student to hear me play the piano is Original Sound for Musicians. My student is using an Ipad and doesn't seem to have this sound setting available and when he plays the sound of his playing is broken up.. Can you advise the best sound setting on the Zoom version on Ipad to hear piano playing clearly.. Thanks
