Webinar background wallpaper but for meetings

Hello, it is what the title says, i'd love to have functionality, even if it's paid and specific, to add a wallpaper like you do in the webinars, but on normal meetings. We record and edit hundreds of meetings per year, maybe thousands, and we always have to crop out the boring, grey black background.

Hi, I'd like to know if there's a way to add a branded wallpaper to achieve something like this: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Jt9a5RTHzZxRoT-cAzh5gc93hb6U9NP3/view in any way that is not on Zoom Webinars (I know you can do that there). 

If it's only possible in Webinars, then I have a follow-up question: Can you have break rooms in Zoom Webinars?
