Webcam problems with breakout rooms

I have a Razer Kiyo Pro webcam and it is having problems going in and out of breakout rooms.  When I go into a breakout room, the webcam seems to have to reset itself by automatically turning off, then turning on again.  The same thing happens when going from a breakout room back to the main Zoom meeting.  Sometimes though, the webcam doesn't reset successfully and I am left with a blank screen and no easy way to reset the webcam.  Any suggestions on how to get around this issue?

try , unplug and replugged the device , in many chances the device is busy in the previous room or the mic are still in use
