Hello All:
I'm having problems with my Zoom Q2n-4K not recognizing my piano when doing a test playback in settings. No audio levels are present, as well. My voice is clear, but no piano regardless of what settings in audio I adjust. Selecting 'original sound' does nothing.
The Q2n-4K video recorder was not cheap and apparently can be used as a webcam. However, for my online music lessons use, I need for instruments to be recognized and heard.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Zoom version: 6.5.1

UPDATE: Apparently any webcam I connect to my MiniMac via USB-C has the same issue in Zoom, vocal audio is recognized and picks up in Zoom, but no instruments.
It seems that this could be an Apple issue. I will contact Apple to see if they have a fix.
In the meantime, any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Doug

UPDATE 2: Upon further investigation and experimentation, it seems that this audio issue may have something to do with the Silicon chips used in my Mac Mini and MacBook Pro.
I installed the Zoom Desktop Client (Silicon version) on my MacBook Pro with the intent on seeing if using the internal camera and microphone made any difference. Unfortunately, it did not.
I'm at a loss as how to proceed. Zoom's technical support seems flawed in that I have to upgrade to some subscription based, licensed plan in order to have phone support.
If anyone has experienced this audio issue and/or can direct me towards technical help, I would truly appreciate it.
Thanks

Ma ugyanez a probléma nálam is jelentkezett. A hangomat hallják a klienseim, de az edzéshez használt, hangszórón szolgáltatott zenét egyáltalán nem. Ipad pro eszközöm van.

Give this a try...
Under audio settings, rather than choosing 'Original Sound for Musicians,' try 'Zoom Background Noise Removal' and choose 'Low' from the dropdown menu.
Here's a YouTube short that explains:
