We have a paid account and yet can't reach support!

I have a paid account. But Chat is not recognizing that and won't allow me to talk to support. I tried calling and the same result. I even wrote to Support but got the same respond.

This is ridiculous. I have a paid account and not able to contact zoom to fix my login issue! 

What do I do?

I have the same problem and have raised multiple tickets and emailed our apparent PoC directly. No answer. Very concerning.

You have also tried to escalate the issue? I never had any problem reaching out the support and got on every case a solution.
