When I start Zoom, I have to let all participants into the meeting. How can I ensure that the participants automatically enter the meeting without letting them in individually? What settings do I need to make?

Hello @Marlis,

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.

To let participants automatically enter your Zoom meeting without having to admit them manually, just adjust a couple of settings:

  1. Enable "Join Before Host":

    • Sign in to Zoom (https://zoom.us).

    • Go to Settings (gear icon) > Meeting.

    • Find "Join Before Host" and turn it on so participants can join before you.

  2. Disable the Waiting Room (Optional):

    • In the Meeting settings, scroll to "Waiting Room" and turn it off. This way, no one will have to wait for you to admit them.

When scheduling a new meeting, just double-check that "Join Before Host" is enabled and the Waiting Room is off (if you prefer).

With these settings, participants can join your meeting freely; there's no need for manual admission.

Let us know if you need further asssistance.
