Virtual background without greenscreen not working

Hi, got a new laptop. All the new specs. 

Intel Ultra Core 9 process. 4070 Nvidia card etc.

But... Virtual background without greenscreen is not working.

(fyi,  Teams / Google meets virtual backgrounds both work perfect).

Function is turned on in web zoom settings.

so do i, i got my new laptop, intel core ultra 7. Has the problem been resolved dude?

Yeah it's solved with the new Zoom (v6.0). Apparently Zoom is pretty slow in supporting new processors.
