After update
version 5.17.0 (27246)
My video now has a blue tint. I'm using an iMac, (AMD Radeon Pro 5500 XT 8 GB - 3.6 GHz 10-Core Intel Core i9 and 14.1.2 (23B92)) with Canon M50 with a Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro... When I use built in camera it seems fine.. I can't seem to isolate where the issue is. I do know it stated after update to 5.17.

Hi everyone, Zoom 5.17.1 is now available, and it:
1) Fixes the blue / red channel swap issue with Blackmagic USB Webcam devices
2) Maps the correct color range (resolving the "crushed" blacks and "blown out" whites seen in most software and older versions of Zoom opening these devices)

Same here. I updated this morning and now my video has a blue tint, but just on my main camera (canon R6, that on Google Meet is working fine). The embedded camera of the Macbook Pro is working fine.

I have an ATEM mini iso extreme and when I updated to the new version of Zoom, everything has a purple blue cast. I'm going to try and install the previous version. I expect it's some issue with the ATEM and the new version.

With the previous version, everything is fine. I also updated the ATEM driver to the last Mac Silicon version 9.3.1, but with the new release everything is blue :D. Rolling back to 5.16.10

Yes, going back to the previous version fixed it. So does this forum get read by Blackmagic people to look into the issue? Or is their response that Blackmagic has to do something about it?

There is a known issue with Zoom Desktop Client 5.17.0 and Blackmagic Webcam outputs, which will be addressed. I will update this thread when the fix is available. Those who do not experience the issue right now on this version will note that Zoom is now receiving full color range from devices like the ATEM Mini, as opposed to the clipped range found when using BMD webcam outputs with many software applications and older versions of Zoom.
In the meantime, should you wish to revert to 5.16.10, please find the offical download links below.

Can you please share the app download link for Android, so that I can roll back to my previous version? The current one installed on my phone is giving me the blue tint when login for the meeting.

I have this same issue except using Zoom Rooms latest version. Any known issues regarding this with Zoom Room at the moment?

Hi Andy - It looks like zoom released ver 5.17.5 of the zoom room. Does this version fix color issues with the ATEM's? The release notes mention nothing about it. 🙂

I am having the blue tint problem with Version 6.0.11. What should I do to resolve this? I am unable to get customer support anywhere else. The chat bot doesn't know what to do, and my account doesn't allow for telephone customer support. This issue just started happening. Many thanks.
