Video doesn't work correctly

hi! I have been using zoom for many years, the first time there is a problem with the video. Every time at the same time (around 5:30 pm), the video in the conference stops working normally. That is, everything works fine all day, but at one point it starts to slow down very much. Not only my interlocutor sees this, but I myself see it, even if I am alone in the conference. That is, my video works with a big delay even for me. I have checked the Internet speed and its quality repeatedly, everything is stable well, the sound works fine, it also works fine from the phone in the zoom, but not from the computer. The app has been updated, what can I do?

The problem could be with the internet speed, browser, computer, or video file itself. To resolve the slow playing video issue, fix the browser by deleting the cache and temporary files. Then, update the video card drivers or disable hardware acceleration through settings.
