We have a JVC HD Pro camera that is connected to our computer via an Elgato Cam Link 4k so we can stream the video and audio feed via ZOOM. This Sunday, the video and audio just dropped from Zoom and would not reconnect (there was a red slash through the camera icon in the bottom left of the Zoom window. Cycling the camera, unplugging and replugging in the camera did not help, we had to shut down Zoom and start it up again to get it to reconnect. Can anyone suggest any solutions so that this does not happen again. The pc is a custom build running Windows 11, 16 gig RAM, i5 12600 cpu, Geforce RTX 3060.
