Welcome to the Zoom Community, @BostonSciFi.

“It depends.”  What quality, reliability, and ease of use are you looking for?

I’d recommend:

  • Make a Cloud recording, plus a Local recording by the interviewee which you have them upload to you (via Dropbox for example).
  • Turn off “Show participants names”.
  • Have at least 3 people on the call (Zoom often handles 1-on-1 calls differently).
  • Record separate audio files.
  • Make sure you have Standard HD (for Pro) or Full HD (for Business) enabled
  • Read these Zoom Support articles:

I don’t put much personal contact info here, and I can’t send a new Community Member a private message. Reach out to me on LinkedIn or “other places I roam”: http://LinkedIn.com/in/RayHarwood

If I don’t hear from you in a few days, I’ll reach out via PM here.
