On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Untrusted Server Certificates

Greetings!

I hope that you are all doing well. I am Das, a faculty from the Philippines.
I am writing to raise a concern about my Zoom meeting.  Whenever I attend a meeting, the dialog box that says "Untrusted Server Certificates" keeps appearing. Whenever I click "Don't Trust," the box itself will be gone for a while but will appear again after a few seconds. And this repeats seconds after seconds, literally from time to time.

May I know how I could fix this? I am hoping to hear from this community soon. Thank you very much.

Hi @Sir_Das

Please make sure your operating system (Windows or Mac) us fully up to date with any security updates.

Then please also make sure your Zoom client is up to date to the latest version.

Hope this helps.
