You will need to give a little bit more information for anyone to understand what is happening....like what computer you are on, were you using the APP or the browser for ZOOM, what were you doing when it crashed. Was there any message on the screen when it crashed.......... I am sure that someone will help you once they have some information on your situation.!

i have installed new app, firewall access, restarted computer. error message was unexpected error. wont connect to webcam. Webcam works on other programs

Just make sure your webcam is not beeing used by another program. MS Teams has a bad habbit of hogging the webcam and not releasing it event when you leave the MS Teams meeting.
