We havea few generic zoom accounts that are linked with gmail accounts. We assign them to users and change every so often.
We use the sign in with google option ( not zoom password). Depending on how google feels, an authentication method might be imposed.
2FA is disabled for both the gmail and the zoom account, but it still occurs.
After two or three successful attempts it stops. However, for a couple of the accounts, each time the user needs to sign into Zoom, an authentication request is generated.
(usually a text to the telephone number associated with the linked zoom account)
Any advice on how to stop this behaviour ?
