Unable to update the zoom

Hi everybody!!
Every time I open the zoom "your app version needs to be 5.8.6 or higher to sign in. Please contat your IT team to update your app". But I'M the IT. So
I tried to update manually from the settings and I didn't have the option.
After that I downloaded a more advanced version of Zoom to my computer and I still got the same message that I mentioned above. Does anyone have an idea how to solve the problem? Thank you

hi elad2022,

 

i suggest that you uninstall existing zoom client and then reinstall it.
