Since getting a new Dell Windows 11 and attempting to use Zoom on it - there has not been the ability to share a screen the same way that was possible when using Windows 10.
There is still the reference to share a screen -- but when the screen gets shared with the other members of the Zoom call -- but as the host, all I see is a tiny reference in the header of the Zoom screen that the there is a share occurring.
As host, if I click to see the screen/file being shared -- then there is no longer any visual of the Zoom audience attendees.
Formerly using Windows 10 - it was easy to have visual of the Zoom audience attendees -- and also the shared screen that includes a file.
Is there some new Zoom update needed for Windows 11 or something - that we have not received a notice about to install?
Or is this some known issue when using Windows 11 and attempting to share a screen?
This issue is making Zoom not usable or effective for most of our Zoom meetings -- as files are needed to be shared visually.
Need help to resolve this...... thank you.
