Unable to get into a zoom session

I have been using Silversneakers zoom classes for over a year. Suddenly I can’t get into the zoom sessions. Silversneakers support says the issue is not on their end and that it’s a Zoom issue. I have not been successful in finding help from Zoom. Their support is not helpful abd I can’t seem to get through to a real person either on the phone or in a chat box. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get this problem fixed? I’m beyond frustrated and desperate for help! Thanks

I have the same problem and can access through copying link and opening with Google or Chrome search.

I cannot access zoom classes on silver sneakers after 3 years of doing so.
