Unable to find "Show in meeting option"

Hi, I have the Basic free version of Zoom. I am unable to find the enable original sound option.

Which operating system are you using, which version of Zoom Desktop client (you cannot use Zoom in a web browser for Original Sound) are you running, and are you logged into your Zoom account on Zoom Client?

This info will help to inform next steps.

When you're signed into Zoom, can you send a snapshot of the Settings -> Audio submenu in the application?

I don't see was way to upload pics so I dropped them on my Google drive.

You should be able to take a snapshot and paste it into the body of your message here. The Google Drive link is restricted.
