Unable to find Cloud Recording despite checking all relevant articles

I joined a zoom meeting from my iCloud mail, I had a full call via Zoom Workplace (desktop app) and I remember saving clicking to save the recording to the cloud. However I cannot find the cloud recording anywhere and I'm not sure what account I used (if any) as when I clicked the zoom link from my iCloud mail it opened up zoom workplace desktop app and I did not get prompted to sign in.

I have spoken with the host of the meeting and they do not have the recording, how can I retrieve this?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @oatsworld.

Cloud Recordings are always stored in the account of the meeting owner. If you were Co-Host, you might have started a Cloud Recording, but only the Meeting Owner can provide you access to it.

If you were not a Co-Host, you could only have recorded locally, and then only with the Host’s permission. See this Zoom Support article for guidance:
