Unable to access a recorded meeting

Hi  My office recorded a meeting. They then sent the link and a passcode to access recording.  When I follow the link and enter the passcode It is not responding. Please help. Thank You,

I receive a zoom invitation. I can join the meeting on my phone but when I try to access on my laptop, I can get to the screen that says allow and then the prompts ask me to update, I push, then a series of other prompts come up, and then it asks for my installer password. I don't know that I have a password. I then tried resetting my zoom password and using that password but it didn't take. Tries to open zoom app but it says it is open but foist allow access.
