Translated Captions Add-On requirements

Is the Translated Caption Add-On done needed to be purchased for all attendees in a meeting or is it just needed for the organiser/ presenter?

Hello,

 

The person scheduling / hosting the meeting would buy the Translated Captions Add on for themselves and add it to their user account or have an admin do it for them.
